Wow – what a busy year it’s been! Another hectic 12 months for Introcross.
As we’ve shared on many occasions this year, we do get booked up a long way in advance. Whilst this is great and we are really happy that so many clients value the services we provide to book us time and time again, often suffering our lead times, rest assured that we have done all we can to fit everybody in as quickly and efficiently as possible.
To try and improve our service and reduce the amount of time that clients have to wait to see a member of our team, we took the decision this year to streamline our services. Whilst we’ve always offered varied and flexible property maintenance and cleaning services to our domestic and commercial clients across Essex and London, we know what our most popular services are and therefore chose to focus on those moving forward.
In 2020 you can therefore look forward to reduced lead times when booking in your projects and receiving specialist expertise in the following areas:
– Jet Washing and Pressure Washing – driveways, patios, etc…
– Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, using specialist equipment and chemicals.
– Fascia & Soffit Cleaning
– Gutter Cleaning
As before, providing a high-quality service with a smile will remain our priority!
Our before and after images evidence the results we can achieve when tackling stubborn carpet stains, tired upholstery or grimy driveways and patios. Our gutter cleaning services are still as popular and crucial as ever to many property owners whose homes or business premises are surrounded by trees. Gutter clearing really is something that should be treated as a regular maintenance job – don’t wait until it’s too late and you’ve got water where you don’t want it!
